Sessions are available in person or online and designed to fit around training, school, and competition. Booking is simple, sessions are secure, and coaching adapts to each athlete’s needs.

You start with a FREE 20 minute Discovery call intro session, then your coach will recommend which program will be the best fit for you. The first session is generally 1 hour and the remaining sessions are 30-50 minutes. Once you are in the program, and have your first session, in the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied we will give you a 100% refund. That’s right we believe in “value” and only offering methods that work; we promise to deliver.
First session is approximately 60 minutes. Following sessions are typically 30-60 minutes.
Edge Up™ Sessions can vary between 5-15 minutes for maximum results.

Your coach is going to teach you the necessary tools, skills, strategies, routines, and habits required to consistently develop your mental performance skill set.
That said, this program isn’t for everybody.

Due to the customized nature of this program, enrollment is limited. Once we hit a cap, that’s it. You’ll have to wait until the next open enrollment.
